After working at a large national staffing firm, childhood friends Bob Turek and Glenn Guensch decided that a business model built on volume rather than the quality of a match wasn’t for them.
So, they opened RennerBrown on the opposite premise: send fewer, send better, and build real relationships along the way. From the start, they hung their hat on quality over quantity and the belief that a handshake still means something. That principle hasn’t changed. RennerBrown stays until the outcome is achieved.
