How much does RennerBrown pay for referrals?
RennerBrown pays $500 for referring a candidate or client that results in a contract placement, and $1,000 for a direct-hire placement.
Is there a limit to how many referral bonuses I can earn?
No. There is no cap on the number of talent referral bonuses you can receive.
Can I refer a company as well as a candidate?
Yes. You can refer both talent and work (companies looking to hire). For company referrals, the bonus applies to the first placement with that client only.
When do I receive my bonus for a contract referral?
Once the referred individual has worked full-time for at least 90 days. Freelance and part-time placements do not qualify.
When do I receive my bonus for a direct-hire referral?
Once the 90-day guarantee period has passed and RennerBrown has been paid by the client.
How long does my referral stay active?
Your referral is valid for six months. The person you refer must be hired within that window.
Who is not eligible to be referred?
Anyone who has had contact with RennerBrown in the past six months (including applying to a job posting) is not eligible. Neither is anyone who has been placed by RennerBrown or worked with them as a client in the past year.
Do assignment extensions count toward a referral bonus?
No. Extensions of existing assignments do not qualify.
