What is the process for finding employees through RennerBrown?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. A RennerBrown Territory Manager will request a phone or face-to-face meeting in order to get the details of the job requisition. By clearly understanding your needs and requirements, we can then begin the in-house screening process. This will ensure that we truly understand the requirement and will be able to select the best candidates in an efficient and timely manner.

Details that we will need range from basic company background, contact information, wage information, company culture and a job description for the position. We will provide a rate letter to you and provide information on our services and our policies.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified candidates.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

Every candidate is reference checked based on the work history provided by the candidate. At your request, we can provide drug screening, driving record and criminal background checks.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by RennerBrown?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temporary-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they will be someone you want to hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them.

What kind of jobs do you fill?

RennerBrown is a full-service IT staffing company, and we cover all aspects of IT, including infrastructure, software development, service management and asset life-cycle management.

Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our employees and feel our greatest resource is our past, present and future employees. The screening process for our candidates allows us to best match their skills and training to the positions.

By using the temporary-to-hire program with RennerBrown, the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them, and you have not made the investment of hiring them onto your payroll. We cover workers’ compensation and unemployment costs as well as taking away the stress of recruiting and sorting through candidates for the ones who are qualified. RennerBrown invests in our own employees by providing training and certification for all of our office staff. We can be a resource to you when questions arise about staffing and employment.
