Glenn Guensch, Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Glenn co-founded RennerBrown in 1995 with Bob Turek.  Prior to launching RennerBrown, Glenn worked for a national staffing firm as a technical recruiter and an account manager.

As a managing partner with RennerBrown, Glenn is responsible for directing the growth and strategic direction of the company.  Glenn is instrumental in identifying, evaluating and engaging new business partners and solutions offerings. Additionally, Glenn is a key contributor to business development on a daily basis.

Glenn is a 1992 graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in Journalism.

Bob Turek, Co-founder and President

Bob is Co-founder and President of RennerBrown Inc., and an industry veteran with 20+ years of recruiting and sales experience. RennerBrown provides consulting services focused on implementing business transformation through the integration of people, process, and technology.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Bob graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in Communications in 1992. Shortly after graduating, he began his recruiting career with a major staffing firm in New Jersey. Bob soon moved from recruiting to outside sales at the firm. After two years of recruiting and selling, his entrepreneurial ambitions took over and he founded RennerBrown with his business partner, Glenn Guensch.

As president of RennerBrown , he is responsible for the overall growth and strategic direction of the company. Bob was instrumental in the development of RennerBrown’s partnership with desktop management leader, Ivanti Software.

John Roegiers, Chief Operating Officer

John is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RennerBrown. As the COO he is responsible for all operational areas including the consulting practice, human capital management and corporate finance and administration.

Prior to joining, RennerBrown John was a practice director specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes within the SCM Consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

He has over 20 years of experience in the integration of Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Planning, Customer Service, Product Management, Merchandising, Finance, Human Resources, and Systems. His experience includes applications in physical distribution, transportation, traffic, procurement, inventory planning and control, category management, product presentation, receiving, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, payroll, and benefits.

He holds an M.B.A in Finance from Seton Hall University, and a B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) from Stevens Institute of Technology.

John has spoken at INIC (International Inforem Conference) on: “How to Leverage Data Warehousing and Data Mining in Retailing: Applications in Micro Marketing, Assortment Management, Sales Forecasting, Replenishment, and Planning.”

Gregg Chaillet, Technical Recruiting Manager

Gregg Chaillet is the Technical Recruiting Manager for RennerBrown.  Gregg has been with RennerBrown since 2005 and is responsible for maximizing the results of the recruiting team.  RennerBrown’s team recruits a variety of mid and senior level technical and functional roles, specializing in IT Management, Infrastructure Support and Engineering, Project Management and Business Analysis.  He is also responsible for coordinating and managing all resource requirements for numerous clients.  Prior to joining RennerBrown Gregg was a Shift Lead with Merck in the Manufacturing Division where he developed his skills in management, administration, and quality control. He attended East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania and has a Diploma from The Chubb Institute in Computer Technical Support.
